Central Arts - Ongoing Charity Exhibition of paintings in Torwood Garden Centre

This "Ongoing" Charity Exhibition of over 100 framed and mounted paintings by prominant Local Artists who are all members of Central Arts Association is displayed in ''Blossoms'' Coffee Shop/Bistro at Torwood Garden Centre, Central Park, Bellsdyke Road, Larbert.  Please distribute the flyer as you can.

All proceeds from 20% commission charged on the sale of each painting is being donated to "Strathcarron Hospice" and "MacMillan Cancer Support" by the Stevenson family, the owners of Torwood Garden Centre.

Central Arts is an entirely voluntary and non-profit making association of artists in Central Scotland.

Over the years Central Arts has staged exhibitions to raise funds for the following charities.

1. The National Autistic Society: Daldorch House in East Ayrshire 
2. PDSA: Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals 
3. Five charities within the World Wildlife Fund
4. Rachel House in Kinross:
5. High Valleyfield Child Development Centre in Fife
6. Breast Cancer research 
7. The Opendoor Trust in Glasgow
8. Strathcarron Hospice
9. MacMillan Cancer Care

The following Celebrities have conducted the Opening Ceremony at our Previews to promote our Charity Exhibitions.

(1) - In 2002 Central Arts Association received an Award during 'Volunteers Week' for dedication and commitment.

(2) - In February 2009 Central Arts Association received an "Outstanding contribution to the Arts in 2008 Award" from Clackmannanshire Arts Forum.

Please note:- Paintings purchased from our ''Ongoing'' Charity Exhibition in Torwood Garden Centre, Larbert and paintings & jewellery purchased from our ''Ongoing'' Exhibition at Fife Airport, Glenrothes cannot be returned after purchase and payment cannot be refunded as all artworks are checked prior to display.
