In September 2008 Central Arts staged a very successful charity exhibition in the upstairs function suite of
Fat Boab`s Bar, Elphinstone Street, Kincardine, Fife A number of artists did sketching and painting at the venue during the exhibition for the public to watch.
This was a charity exhibition in aid of the High Valleyfield Children`s Development Centre in Fife
.
Proceeds from the sale of artworks and all proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets was donated to this Centre so that a new piece of play equipment could be purchased for the children.

In October 2007 Central Arts staged an extremely successful exhibition of over 250 framed paintings in The Elgin Hotel, Charlestown, Fife in aid of the Opendoor Trust in Glasgow. (Photos below).
